Vine on blue base
Acting on the instructions that the consumer wanted "a full face painting done of something blue" and "don't touch the end of my nose ... it tickles"
- the face base was applied twice.
- Each layer was allowed to dry fully.
- The last layer utilised the contours of the face when different depths of blue were applied.
- The vine has begun to be applied.
- rather than leaves little stars and butterflies were painted.... to one side of the face only.

To be seen as painted

The ability for a consumer to be comfortable wearing the face or body paint is that persons alone. Trends and fashions all offer a samenesss and conformity the consumer may externally want to feel comfortarable with. What their friends, family or peers are wearing that day may not suit the consumer. Each persons skin tones and personality are reflected in the hues, tones and contrasts , along with the decorative add ons used by the painter.
.
The experiences gained over the last twenty years of face painting are categorized as follows:
- The ability and fun of face painting has been something that I have shared among the community.
- Face painting it self puts both the artist and the consumer in a close up situation where respect, cleanliness and care are utmost importance.
The professional combination of having the skills to paint on a live movable emotionally trusting canvas not something that is thrown together with a bit of paint, a paintbrush or two and a slap of paint. Creativity's a discipline that when applied correctly in attitude, forethought and two way communication transgresses both personal and community barriers. Clear Vision Enterprises offers training and practice as both people on the end of the 'paintbrush' set up the illusion put forward.
